By using Apocha, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

Apocha generates NFT receipts for cryptocurrency transactions on Solana. Receipts are minted as compressed NFTs with metadata stored on Arweave.

Eligibility

  • You must have a compatible Solana wallet
  • You must be a participant (payer or seller) in the transaction you're minting a receipt for
  • You are responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction

Payment Terms

  • Payments are made via x402 protocol using USDC on Solana
  • Pricing: 0.1% of transaction value (minimum $0.10, maximum $5.00)
  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • Blockchain transaction fees (gas) are your responsibility

Receipts and Data

  • NFT receipts are minted to your connected wallet
  • Receipt metadata is stored permanently on Arweave
  • Data is immutable: Once minted, receipts cannot be modified or deleted
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of self-reported information

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Mint receipts for transactions you are not a party to
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the service for money laundering or illegal activities
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Circumvent rate limits or access controls

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That receipts will be accepted by any tax authority
  • The accuracy of blockchain data from third-party sources
  • Compatibility with all wallets or browsers

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Lost funds, failed transactions, or wallet errors
  • Tax implications or compliance issues
  • Damages from service interruptions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of NFT receipts minted to your wallet
  • The Apocha service, branding, and code remain our property
  • Receipt metadata is publicly accessible on Arweave

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason. Previously minted receipts remain on-chain and are not affected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
